• Transmission reman/rebuilt. – July 2025
• Full hose inspection carried out July 25’ All unserviceable visually degraded hoses renewed with new Genuine Hoses.
• Transmission Main, sub & Engine Main, sub harnesses renewed July 25′
• Engine: original plant with midlife completed August 2025 ( turbo injectors etc) all rotating components
• A/C Evaporator renewed, TX, Compressor, Receiver Drier, System flushed July 25’.
• Currently having blast and paint inc decals – Sept 2025
• A/market machine control – Topcon system (2-axis grade control only – Blade raise/lower and tilt)
• SU Blade – Cutting edge and end bits 90%, blade skin, 50% worn.
• Multi ripper (3 tyne, new ripper boots fitted August 25)
• Genuine Cat undercarriage approx. 2500hrs since renewal. Bushes, link pitch, sprockets, carrier measurements indicate approximately 50% wear remaining. (will supply full U/C report at time of sale)
• Full oil sample history and service history available
• Groeneveld 9kg Auto lube
• Mine spec w/Chubb Fire suppression installed, compliance is current as of Sept 25’.
